Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts whose object is the temporary rental and use of spaces, including workshop rooms, meeting rooms, cosmetic practice rooms, and common areas, entered into between Swiss Medestetic GmbH and the client (hereinafter also referred to as the “Client”, “Tenant”, “User”, “Guest”, or “Visitor”).
The GTC also apply to all ancillary services, supplies, and additional services offered by Swiss Medestetic.
The Client’s general terms and conditions shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by Swiss Medestetic.
2. Subject of the Contract
Swiss Medestetic grants the Client temporary use of the spaces and equipment exclusively for the agreed purpose, in particular for:
training courses
cosmetic treatments
workshops
meetings
professional or private events
Swiss Medestetic may offer additional services subject to payment (e.g. cleaning and authorized catering).
The Client undertakes to pay the full agreed fee in accordance with the established terms.
The introduction of services (catering, beverages, materials, equipment) by the Client without prior written authorization from Swiss Medestetic is prohibited.
3. Payments and Invoicing
Mandatory advance payment
The agreed rental fee for the spaces must be paid in full prior to the event or use.
Additional costs
Any additional consumption, damages, extraordinary cleaning, or supplementary services shall be invoiced after the event and must be paid within 10 days from the invoice date.
In the event of late payment, Swiss Medestetic shall charge default interest in accordance with Swiss law.
4. Liability
Full responsibility for the event lies entirely with the Client.
5. Client Obligations – Rules of Use
1. Care and return
The spaces must be returned clean, orderly, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
2. Cosmetic practice rooms
In the practice rooms:
the introduction of food and beverages is prohibited;
treatment beds, trolleys, chairs, equipment, windows, and carpets must be used with the utmost care;
any damage or breakage shall be charged in full.
3. Cleaning
A fixed minimum cleaning fee of CHF 100.00 per room will be charged for cosmetic practice rooms, in addition to any damages.
4. Damages and missing materials
Any damage or loss of materials must be reported within 48 hours.
In the absence of such notification, the costs will be automatically charged.
The Client is also liable for damages caused by third parties, participants, or collaborators.
6. Cancellations and Termination
In the event of failure to make the advance payment, Swiss Medestetic may terminate the contract immediately.
Cancellations are subject to the conditions agreed upon in the offer or specific contract.
Services already ordered and non-cancellable (e.g. catering, technicians, supplies) shall be invoiced at 100% of the cost.
7. End of the Contract
At the end of use:
the spaces must be vacated;
all personal belongings must be removed.
Items left for more than 24 hours may be stored at a cost of CHF 20.00 per day.
After 14 days, Swiss Medestetic may dispose of or sell such items.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during events.
The Client and participants consent to their use for documentation and corporate communication purposes, unless a written objection is submitted.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable law: Swiss law
Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Zurich
11. Final Provisions
Amendments and supplements must be made in writing.
The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
12. Event Cancellation Policy
30–15 days prior: 30%
14–8 days prior: 60% chargeable
From 7 days prior: no free cancellation
Reference to the applicable national currency.
4.1 The final number of participants must be communicated in writing at least 10 days prior to the event.
